  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Execute sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Screen and shortlist candidates via resume review, phone interviews, and assessments
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate records in the system 

 


 

CAREERS__REQUIRE_TITLE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, Jobsdb, LinkedIn abd
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
  • A proactive, results-driven, and collaborative mindset
  • Proficient in English
  • Passion in games
