Talent Acquisition (Contract)
CAREERS__DESC_TITLE
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Execute sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen and shortlist candidates via resume review, phone interviews, and assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain accurate records in the system
CAREERS__REQUIRE_TITLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, Jobsdb, LinkedIn abd
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
- A proactive, results-driven, and collaborative mindset
- Proficient in English
- Passion in games
