Casablanca People Experienced (Individual Contributor)

As HR Business Partner & Operations, we're looking for a hands-on, people-focused HR professional to own the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding, compliance to culture. You'll be the go-to person for all things HR, rolling up your sleeves to drive key people ops projects while partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and cultivate a positive workplace culture that fosters employee engagement and productivity.

Job Description
  • Manage all core HR functions, including recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement, and the enhancement of HR systems.
  • Manage the implementation of employment policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, HR policies, best practices, and workforce development standards.
  • Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Administer the performance review program to promote continuous employee development.
  • Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and support to colleagues, helping to identify individual strengths and development needs.
  • Manage compensation structures, ensure competitive benefits packages, and administer payroll.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure strategic HR goals align with business objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) will be a plus.
  • 5 - 8 years of working experience in the HR field (working experience in technology or global companies will be a plus)
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English, Arabic, and French with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Passion in games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Morocco will be a plus
  • Willing to work in full WFO arrangement in our office at Casablanca, Morocco
