HR - Learning and Talent Development
Job Description
- Lead talent development and talent management initiatives for a fast-paced and talent-driven company, including but not limited to:
- Talent identification: Work closely with management, team leads, and HRBPs to identify high performing and high potential talents across the company, developing and overseeing frameworks and talent identification criterias in a structured manner.
- Succession planning: Establish a system approach for building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for our game operations and shared services businesses, working closely with leadership to mitigate talent risks and ensure business continuity.
- Talent development: Design personalized development plans for talents, providing guidance and support for employee growth and tracking the effectiveness to ensure continuous learning.
- Performance management: Design, implement, and continuously improve our performance review processes to drive employee growth and company success, partnering with leaders to ensure performance evaluations are fair, consistent, and sustainable.
- Company-wide learning and training programs: Develop and oversee company-wide training programs, including leadership development, technical skills enhancement, and soft skills training.
- Work closely with HRBPs and the People Team lead to support business partners' talent needs, proactively identifying issues and initiating/carrying out effective solutions.
- Ad hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, or similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience in organizing and facilitating training (onsite & virtual).
- Familiarity with learning platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to evaluate learning impact using data.
- Very good command of English (especially if coordinating with regional/global teams).
- Passion in games.
