Revenue Associate (Shooting Game)
CAREERS__DESC_TITLE
- Oversee end-to-end configuration of revenue events, including loot design, UX setup, results forecasting, and quality assurance—while ensuring compliance with established guidelines and close coordination with both local and regional operations teams.
- Provide data-driven analyses of revenue events to support optimisation initiatives (focusing on both monetisation performance and user experience), leveraging existing data infrastructure with occasional SQL requirements.
- Support revenue team objectives through assigned projects such as proposing new feature ideas to developers, conducting user research, and experimenting with new features.
CAREERS__REQUIRE_TITLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data, finance, or statistics (any industry), with proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. (Background in collaborating with large, multicultural groups is preferred)
- Solid foundation in Probabilistic calculations.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, data analysis and visualisation.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Knowledge of other programming languages, familiarity with dashboarding tools (e.g., Superset, Power BI), and experience with statistical modelling is preferred.
- Passion in game:
- Active gamer with exposure to diverse game genres and monetisation systems.
- Competitive mindset (e.g., high-ranked/pro-level players), experience as a heavy spender, and keen interest in following gaming industry news and trends is a big plus.
