About Our Position
We are seeking a Campaign Marketing Lead to drive campaign marketing for Delta Force. You will design and execute strategic campaigns that shape the game’s identity, connect with players, and deliver measurable impact by combining creative vision with data-driven insights.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies, define content USP and messaging, create detailed plans, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- IMC Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead creative outputs including website concepts, copywriting, art direction, content production, influencer/KOL activations, and media bookings.
- Campaign Management: Monitor performance, manage marketing budgets, optimize resources, and ensure consistent delivery of impactful campaigns.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with product, UGC, graphic design, video editing, code, legal, and purchasing teams, as well as external partners (agencies, KOLs, creators, artists, cosplayers) to bring campaigns to life.
- Team Management: manage campaign marketing team to strengthen team capabilities.
- Having at least 2-year experience at managerial level and proven records in end-to-end strategic IMC marketing
- Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience
- Gaming Passion: Demonstrated ability to play and thoroughly understand the gameplay mechanics of a midcore/hardcore game is a must. FPS playing experience is a nice-to-have.
- Project Management & Resources/Stakeholder Management: Proven excellence in managing complex projects and resources management (including manpower, timeline, budget) & strong ability to align and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Marketing & Brand Metrics: Strong understanding of communications, marketing, and brand performance metrics (reach, views, engagements, ER, CVR, ROI, LTV,...), with the ability to set targets and evaluate performance effectively.
- Data Proficiency: Efficiency working with data such as interpreting dashboards to inform decisions.
- Creative Vision & Execution: Demonstrated ability to independently originate communication/action concepts with clear end-states, build work-back plans, and lead cross-functional teams to successful delivery.
- Team Management: Able to delegate tasks effectively by aligning responsibilities with team members’ strengths and appropriate autonomy, while fostering growth and development opportunities to enhance team capability and career progression.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent critical thinking skills, with a track record of making well-informed decisions.
- Deliver results in high-pressure environments: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner and consistently deliver results under pressure.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication/presentation/negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Language: Equivalent ~ 6.5 IETLTS in English
