• IMC Planning: Propose targets and lead IMC planning and execution for product launches, ensuring alignment with business goals, brand strategy, and customer needs, in coordination with product, KOL, and community teams.
• IMC Execution: Lead execution of the IMC mix with a focus on content marketing, covering end-to-end delivery (content creation, production, optimization, and reporting), while adapting content effectively across platforms
• Campaign Management: Be accountable for driving product and campaign visibility, user reach, and engagement on social media, managing all brand-owned media channels, and ensuring timely, on-budget execution.
• Marketing Analytics: Use analytics to drive key success metrics related to the marketing and brand awareness campaign & apply learnings in next projects launching.

• Having at least 4-year experience and proven records in end-to-end strategic marketing
• Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience
• Being a football & game enthusiast is a must
• Project Management & Stakeholder Management: Proven excellence in managing complex projects, including critical paths, risk logs, and asset QA; strong ability to align and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Creative, and Legal teams.
• Creative Vision & Execution: Demonstrated ability to independently originate communication/action concepts with clear end-states, build work-back plans, and lead cross-functional teams to successful delivery.
• Highly logical and analytical, and with curious mind to constantly explore industry best practices
• Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure
• Able to communicate fluently and effectively in Vietnamese and English
