Business Development
As a Business Development Team, you will be supporting our partnerships and growth initiatives. This role combines administrative support, cross-team collaboration, and market research to help drive impactful business outcomes.

- End to End Business Development: Drive the entire business development cycle from prospecting and cold calling to pitching, negotiating, closing deals, drafting agreements, maintaining long-term partnerships, and delivering post-event reports to ensure partnership success and continuous growth.
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for the team, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor partnership performance and prepare accurate, easy-to-understand reports.
- Project Management: Planning and executing business development projects, working closely with Marketing, Esports, and Product teams to keep timelines and deliverables on track.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research on the gaming industry, analyze competitor partnerships, and identify new growth opportunities.
CAREERS__REQUIRE_TITLE
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience in business development, preferably having previous work experience within FMCG, Entertainment, or Agency
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practices
