Finance Officer
A Finance Officer plays a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations by managing procurement-related finances, employee claims, and revenue processing. You will maintain precise vendor and customer records, support monthly closing activities through journal preparation and documentation, and provide essential day-to-day assistance to the Finance and Accounting team to uphold compliance and operational excellence.

 - Assist the procurement team in the financial aspects of purchasing goods and services, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Manage and process employee claims and reimbursements accurately and promptly.
- Maintain and verify the accuracy of vendor and customer registration details in the system.
- Support the input and processing of revenue generated from walk-in customers.
- Contribute to the monthly closing process, specifically by preparing documentation and journals for accruals.
- Provide daily operational support to the Finance and Accounting team, assisting with various day-to-day tasks and handling ad-hoc requests as needed.
CAREERS__REQUIRE_TITLE
 - Bachelor's degree in Accounting from reputable university
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting or Audit (in-house/firm agency), open for any industry
- Strong proficiency in SAP, experience in Oracle is highly preferable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
