Influencer Manager (Bangladesh-based)

- Develop and execute influencer and KOL strategies tailored to the Bangladesh gaming community.
- Lead the Bangladesh Partner Program by identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with local content creators.
- Plan and manage influencer campaigns for global and local initiatives, including game updates, esports tournaments, and community events.
- Plan and execute events for creators in the Partner Program and collaborate with non-program influencers where relevant.
- Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and continuously optimize for ROI.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and esports teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Stay attuned to local trends in gaming, pop culture, and youth marketing to inform campaign strategy and content direction.
CAREERS__REQUIRE_TITLE
- Strong understanding of Bangladesh’s social media landscape, especially YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging local platforms.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer management
- Proven experience in influencer management, KOL marketing, or talent partnerships, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or tech.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with campaign analytics and performance measurement tools.
- Physically based in Bangladesh, preferably in Dhaka.
- Proficient in both Bengali and English.
- Passionate about gaming with a deep understanding of the industry
- Open to a 12-month contract
