Your Mission

 

As a Senior Graphic Designer for Delta Force, you will help define and protect the visual identity of the game across all marketing and player-facing channels.

 

This role goes beyond hands-on execution. You are also a Creative Quality Owner - responsible for ensuring that every visual asset released to players meets Garena’s standards in aesthetics, consistency, and execution.

 

You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative teams, while acting as the final quality checkpoint for design outputs produced by Junior Designers. Your work directly impacts how Delta Force is perceived by its community — from first impression to long-term engagement.

 

Your Quest

Graphic Design Execution

  • Execute high-quality graphic design tasks for Delta Force across websites, microsites, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Translate briefs and requirements into clear, polished, and battle-ready visual assets.

 

Key Visual & Concept Development

  • Develop key visuals and creative concepts that define campaign identity and reinforce Delta Force’s brand positioning.
  • Ensure strong visual consistency across channels and touchpoints.
  • Contribute creative ideas that balance impact, feasibility, and production realities.

 

UI/UX Collaboration

  • Support visual design for website and application interfaces (UI/UX) where applicable.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to ensure designs are visually coherent, usable, and player-friendly.
  • Apply basic UX principles when designing or reviewing digital interfaces.

 

Quality & Timeline Management

  • Own the design quality of assigned projects, including both self-executed work and deliverables from Junior Designers.
  • Act as the final quality gate, reviewing, QC-ing, and approving Junior outputs before delivery.
  • Ensure all visuals comply with brand guidelines, quality standards, and campaign requirements.
  • Deliver on tight timelines while maintaining high creative standards.

 

CAREERS__REQUIRE_TITLE

Your Stats

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or related disciplines, with 5+ years of experience in graphic or creative design.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with excellent understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy, especially in digital and player-facing environments.
  • Proven proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to adapt design execution across multiple formats and channels.
  • Solid experience working in game, entertainment, or digital-first product environments, preferably with FPS, tactical, or hardcore game titles such as Delta Force.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively on UI/UX-related work, using tools like Figma or similar, and applying basic UX principles to ensure usability and visual consistency.
  • Demonstrated ownership of design quality, including reviewing, QC-ing, and improving design outputs from Junior Designers.
  • Familiarity with working under brand guidelines, design systems, or quality standards, with a strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, delivering high-quality work within tight timelines.
  • Experience in sketching or rapid visual ideation is a plus, as is exposure to AI-assisted design workflows to enhance efficiency or consistency.
  • A genuine passion for gaming, particularly shooter or hardcore genres, with an understanding of how visuals influence player perception and engagement.
