Associate, Anti-Hack Operations
CAREERS__DESC_TITLE
- Complete end-to-end cases of hacking and toxic behavior exploitation, including sample collection, data analysis, and development of detection methods.
- Regularly review the effectiveness of current detection methods and consider potential enhancements.
- Contribute through innovative ideas to build more robust system and/or ways to improve sentiment
- Follow up on fixes on loopholes / exploitations (game / data)
- Work with QAs to test and ensure the accuracy of completed configuration
- Track bugs and work with relevant teams to resolve them
- Other relevant Anti-Hack and Product tasks that may arise, overall aiming to contribute to enhancing the game environment and player experience
CAREERS__REQUIRE_TITLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Science and Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience in fraud or cybersecurity roles.
- Game-related internship or work experience is advantageous.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Interest in game is a must, shooter game is a plus. Love games, have in-depth experience and understanding of some mainstream game products, and have strong insight into users in the shooting competitive category.
- Familiarity with gamer psychology and market analysis skills is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, have good logical thinking and analysis and summarizing skills, and have a strong sense of teamwork.
- Be innovative, creative and passionate, have holistic thinking, and be able to integrate resources to realize ideas.
