The Marketing Specialist runs end-to-end marketing strategy and KOL & creator-led campaign execution for a consumer digital platform in Indonesia, with strong focus on content virality, UGC momentum, and community-driven growth. This role owns campaign planning, performance measurement, and scaling across online and offline channels, ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned toward brand building, user acquisition, and engagement. The role works closely with the content and creator team to drive a cohesive, user-centric go-to-market approach.

 

Objective of this Role
To design, execute, and scale integrated, KOL and creator-driven campaigns that stimulate content production, social sharing, and viral growth loops, while optimizing for measurable awareness, acquisition, and engagement.

  1. Marketing Strategy & KOL and Creator-Led Campaign Planning | Own end-to-end marketing strategy with emphasis on KOL & creator-driven growth mechanics, viral content loops, and community momentum. Align content and creator teams under a unified marketing direction.
  2. Campaign Execution (Online, Offline & Social Activation) | Plan and manage integrated campaigns across digital, social, and selected offline channels, including independent creator campaigns and strategic partnerships.
  3. Virality & Engagement Optimization | Identify content formats, campaign mechanics, and incentive structures that increase shareability, participation, and organic amplification.
  4. Performance Measurement & Growth Scaling | Define key growth metrics (engagement rate, KOL & creator activation rate, share ratio, conversion efficiency), monitor performance, and optimize for scalable impact.
  5. Campaign Reporting & Learning | Deliver clear post-campaign analysis, insights, and recommendations.
  6. User & Market Insight Application | Translate user behavior, feedback, and trends into actionable marketing improvements.

  1. Proven experience running KOL & creator-driven or social-led marketing campaigns for digital consumer products.
  2. Strong understanding of social growth metrics (engagement rate, content amplification, KOL & creator activation, retention impact) and full-funnel performance evaluation.
  3. Experience working with KOL, content creators, influencers, or UGC ecosystems as part of campaign execution in both online and offline campaigns.
  4. Strategic yet hands-on, able to move from planning to execution quickly.
  5. Strong user-centric mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions.
  6. High adaptability in fast-changing, experimental environments.
  7. Strong collaboration skills across creative, content, and operational teams.
  8. Fluent in English, strong communication skills required for international collaboration.
