Social Media Admin - RoV (Contract)
CAREERS__DESC_TITLE
- Create basic content in text, image, or video formats to support community communication
- Monitor and engage with player communities across Facebook, TikTok, and X
- Collect and consolidate player feedback, sentiment, and pain points
- Provide weekly reports and insights to internal stakeholders to support product and content improvements
- Track trends, conversations, and competitive topics within the MOBA community
- Respond to community inquiries and clarify common issues when necessary
- Support Community and LiveOps teams during campaigns, updates, and patch cycles
CAREERS__REQUIRE_TITLE
- Familiarity with RoV game (at least Diamond rank) and Social Media channels
- Basic English communication skills
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Self-driven mindset and willingness to learn
- Fresh graduates are welcome
