Senior Campaign Marketing - Shooting Game
Job Description
- Perform end-to-end campaign and event management and related initiative including but not limited to campaign MarCom planning, content creation and publishing, key stakeholders coordination both internal and agency, and campaign reporting/analysis
- Assist in creative ideation of campaigns such as key selling points, slogan/tagline, creative content brief, review and feedback
- Analyze campaign performance and sentiment including social media, online ads and in-game metrics. Derive insights to further improve performance
- Initiate new projects to grow user base or improve product pain-points through marketing tactics.
- Assist in communication with creators to provide information, analyze sentiment, and summarized monthly performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing concentrations
- 3-5 years of experiences in marketing campaign, project management and communications skills are essential with the ability to take/brief in campaigns.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving
- Good at multitasking
- Understand current marketing trends
- Strong passion in games, have spent a significant amount of time playing games (in the past or currently)
- Advanced in English and Thai for writing and speaking skills; especially able to communicate brief in campaigns
- A team player with a strong and confident personality and a positive attitude with great dedication
- Passionate in Shooting genre
- Familiarize with TH influencer/celebrities followed by YouTube and other entertainment industry
- Familiarize with social media related tools
